In this video, Pit Kids demonstrate the roundhouse kicks. These kids are amazing in their skills. This particular group of kids range from ages 6-10. With the guidance of Kumu Adrian, Bulldog and Jr. Instructor Evan Johnston. These kids are kicking their way to Jr. Black Belts.

UFC stars Chuck Liddell, Dominick Cruz, Brian Stann, Frankie Edgar, Jim Miller and Matt Serra (via Twitter) spent some time with troops down in Fort Hood, Texas in advance of Fight Night 23 to help raise money for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Here are pictures for that visit.

There has always been a debate on what constitutes a correct push up. How far do you go down, how far do you come up, did each push up count, etc. To eliminate any subjectivity, check out our new Pit Push Up.
Clapping the hands at the bottom and at the top seems the only definitive measure of each persons’ full range of motion. Try a few Pit Push Ups then let us know your thoughts…and if you can come up with something better then we’d like to hear it too!

Congratulations to Dusty Rhodes, as he has been inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame, in Atlantic City, Saturday January 22 with many other martial artists .
