Pit Martial Arts Grappling move of the week is the “Kimura”. It is a very basic traditional and VERY effective Brazilian Jiu Jitsu technique. Learn to use it. There are many different ways to set up a kimura (shoulder lock). Here is a quick run down.
The 2010 Arroyo Grande Xmas Parade was a huge success! For the third year in a row The Pit Martial Arts has been a part of this ever growing festival.
