Bootcamp Flyer Final

We will be starting Pit Boot Camp on Feb.22-March 31. This will be a six week high intensity Boot Camp for those who are looking to lose weight, increase stamina, and build muscle tone. The workouts will include push-ups, squats, sit-ups, rope climbing, jump rope, interval training, obstacle courses and much more. The workouts will be both fun and challenging. The more effort you are willing to put into the workouts, the better the results. Be ready to take your body to it’s limit.
