I am in Vegas working on the Ultimate Fighter show… while I am here I have been training hard at SinCity CrossFit (the best gym in town), training Chuck and Antonio, and doing some relaxing with great friends. I miss my family & friends, The Pit HQ, Bill’s Place, the beach, but I will be back home soon. We will be opening a Pit here in Vegas very soon…and yes, I do LOVE my life.

Winning is definitely not everything, and for my fighters and students fighting with passion, courage, and Bushido (how life should be lived) is much more important than the “W”. With that said, “after” dinners, parties, and life are much more fun after a “W”. Here are some pictures of my Family, both immediate and extended. I love my life!
For Pit students physical conditioning is a very important part of our system. Along with the martial arts techniques (striking, BJJ, wrestling), each Pit student must show progress in his/her physical fitness. Here are some of the physical requirements necessary for the student to be eligible to “test” for their next belt. This is done during The Pit’s pretest week.
