Kajukenbo Arizona held their first ever CrossPIT Training Day on Saturday. With   80 participants training for 3 hours of CrossPIT fun, the day was a huge success for everyone.  Congratulation to everyone for your hard work and determination.  Welcome to the Ohana!

Last week THE PIT visited Big John’s gym in Valencia, CA to shoot a commercial for our good friends “the FocusMaster guys.”  Along with THE PIT, the best announcer in the world. Bruce Buffer, and best referee, Big John, all had a part in promoting this great equipment.
