After our seminar with MAIA Elite, THE PIT went to visit the XMA Headquarters in North Hollywood. James Ryen gave THE PIT a tour of the XMA dojo and a chance to practice some of our extreme martial arts. Check tomorrow for a video.

During the final day of Kahala III everyone enjoyed our traditional beach workout and our ceremonial dinner at AJ Spurs. As each of you leave a better understanding of our PIT techniques and philosophy the Ohana becomes stronger. Congratulation to everyone that completed Kahala III, especially to Brad Gilbert, Rogue Rapacon, and Peter Dewindt in completing their fourth certification seminar.

Day 2 at THE PIT Kahala III Seminar closed up this evening with a workout that over-viewed the fundamentals of THE PIT. Earlier today our PIT Monsters participated in an outdoor workout and went over a handful of techniques. See you all tomorrow.
