Anthony Kiedis, of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, stopped by THE PIT to check out training. He was a really down to earth, respectful, low keyed guy (just like all PIT Monsters) and it was great having him as a guest at THE PIT.
THE PIT welcomes, Quinn McCullough, as our newest instructor. She became a certified CrossFit instructor this past weekend at CrossFit Certification Seminar, CrossFit Brand X. She will be teaching CrossFit and CrossPIT classes at THE PIT. Congratulation on your certification and welcome fellow PIT Monster!
