These three days went by so fast. We are sad everyone had to say goodbye, but happy we can return our PIT Monsters back to their loved ones. All of you amazes us each time we have another seminar. Your skills are immense and your hearts even greater. Til next time, work hard and continue spreading THE PIT ways.

Another day at THE PIT came to an end after two grueling workouts and a day full of techniques and PIT philosophy. Everyone has been working extremely hard these past two days and we are sure tomorrow will be the same.

The PIT Ohana is the best “Ohana”

Kalani is finally here!  Day one was a huge success.  All of our returning PIT Monsters jumped right in and began another intense learning seminar.

With the great weather in most parts, there is no better time for a beach workout.  This past weekend, THE PIT Fight Team left the Compound to have their Saturday workout at the local beach.  Just like many of our affiliates have experienced THE PIT Beach Workout, THE PIT Fight Team enjoyed the beach’s soothing beauty while enduring a cruel hard core PIT Workout.
