Beach workouts bring fun and variety to your routine. If you have a beach close to your location take advantage of the situation. There are an infinite amount of workouts that can take place at your local beach. Take your class for a weekend beach workout and enjoy sprints, band-work, and squats. If you’re not fortunate enough to live close to the water use what you have: mountain hikes, lake runs, or cross country workouts
If all else fails use a nearby playground and hop on the jungle jim for pull ups, squats, and push ups. Be creative!

Kaimuki II finished up today, and it was a huge success. The students came from New York, Texas, California, Indiana, and North Carolina. Some of the students were first timers and some were PIT veterans. All of the students did a great job and did recieve their PIT certifications… Please check back this week for more pictures and video from Kaimuki II.
