
Meditation is an effective method by which to clear the mind and focus on what is important in life. It is easy to do, gets easier with practice, and it allows the mind to concentrate on and accept positive affirmations. (positive path)
Several clinical studies have documented specific ways that meditating may help people stay healthier, sharpen mental focus and gain more power over their emotions. Some studies even show that the brain of someone who meditates may be physically different from the next guy’s. (gaiam life)
