Beach run at THE PIT Kaimuki Seminar

 

Beach workouts bring fun and variety to your routine. If you have a beach close to your location take advantage of the situation. There are an infinite amount of workouts that can take place at your local beach. Take your class for a weekend beach workout and enjoy sprints, band-work, and squats. If you’re not fortunate enough to live close to the water use what you have: mountain hikes, lake runs, or cross country workouts

If all else fails use a nearby playground and hop on the jungle jim for pull ups, squats, and push ups. Be creative!
