UFC Countdown was at THE PIT Headquarters preparing for the UFC 85 fight promotion.  On June 7th THE PIT’s Chuck Liddell will continue his journey back to the top by taking on Rashad Evans in London, England.

THE PIT Arroyo Grande promoted almost 100 students to their next belt level.   After a week of testing each student showed that they have the dedication and heart to continue their journey at THE PIT.  Congratulation to everyone that promoted 

THE PIT Congratulates Luke Riddering, owner of THE PIT NORTH and part of THE PIT Fight Team, in his 1st round KO win over Yassar Pezzat in Fresno, CA.  Luke showed quick hands, great lateral movement, and a great clinch and takedown defense enroute to his MMA debut brutal 1st round KO.

Rapacon Martial Arts has a complete new look.  Their training room contains almost 15 hanging bags along with a large mat area.  In addition to the training room, an “asylum” room features PIT Workouts and a full cage for combative training.
