Sometimes discipline gets a little tough at THE PIT
Testing began with months of Jr Instructing and ends with one week of intense workouts and drilling. This past weekend, our eight potential black belts spent the night at THE PIT Compound to endure two grueling days of PIT training. Everyone started the week strong and we are sure that come the end of the week, we will have eight new Lua Black Belts to join THE PIT. We are proud to train the best of the best, and these students are no exception.

Good to see the kids working hard and obviously enjoying what they are doing. Really encouraging, may add some this this to our kids program over here in the UK! Big fan of Johns work at The Pit, and if I travel to the USA again to train a Pit visit is a must for me.
